Welcome to Galaxy 71 (the "Service", "we", "us"). The Service is available at https://galaxy71.com and is operated by galaxy71.com (the "Operator").

By using the Service, you (the "User", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

Service — the Galaxy 71 web platform providing GPU compute time on the Bitcoin Puzzle #71 keyspace.
Map — the public visualisation of the keyspace on the Service. Each cell of the Map corresponds to one Chunk.
Chunk — a discrete segment of the Bitcoin Puzzle #71 keyspace processed by our GPUs in a single pass.
Click — a unit of compute purchase. One Chunk consists of 100 Clicks.
Star — a public visual record on the Map representing a processed Chunk.
Personal Cabinet — the authenticated area of the Service containing your balance, purchase history, and account settings.
Hunter — our GPU infrastructure that performs the private-key checks.
Account — your registered profile on the Service.
Plisio — third-party cryptocurrency payment processor (plisio.net).

2. Acceptance & Eligibility

To use the Service you must:

Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater).
Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
Not be located in a jurisdiction where the use of cryptocurrency-related services is prohibited by law.
Use the Service only for lawful purposes.

3. Service Description

Galaxy 71 is a SaaS compute marketplace that sells GPU processing time on the open cryptographic challenge known as Bitcoin Puzzle #71. The keyspace of the challenge has been divided by us into approximately 1.07 billion Chunks. Users select Chunks via the visual Map of the Service and pay for the compute service; our GPUs then check all private keys within the selected Chunk, after which a public Star appears on the Map.

Important nature of the Service:

You purchase a compute service, similar to cloud-compute providers (AWS, GCP, and the like).
The Service is not gambling, a lottery, a bookmaking activity, or any other form of wagering.
The Service is not an investment product. We make no representations or guarantees of return.
The probability of finding the private key within a single Chunk is approximately 1 / 2³⁰ (less than 0.0000001%). You pay for compute, not for chance.

4. Account Creation & Security

To use paid features of the Service you must create an Account with a valid email address and a unique nickname. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and session.
All activity occurring under your Account.
Notifying us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access at hello@galaxy71.com.

We use industry-standard security measures: bcrypt password hashing, session-bound cookies, CSRF protection, rate-limiting, and HMAC-signed Star codes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Payments & Deposits

Payments are processed via the third-party cryptocurrency processor Plisio. Supported networks include USDT TRC-20, USDT TON, TRX, and others as listed at the time of payment.

Pricing:

The price of one Click is set by the Operators and is displayed in your Personal Cabinet at the time of order.
One Chunk consists of 100 Clicks.
Network fees (gas, on-chain fees) are deducted by the blockchain and are not refundable.
Deposits are credited to your Account balance after blockchain confirmation.
Payments cannot be cancelled after blockchain confirmation. See our Refund Policy.

6. Compute Service

When you spend balance on a Chunk, the Hunter checks all private keys within that Chunk. Processing time depends on queue depth and is not guaranteed within any specific timeframe.

Upon completion, a public Star appears on the Map associated with the Chunk. We do not guarantee finding the private key.

7. Reward Distribution (if Key Found)

The reward of 7.10 BTC belongs to the Bitcoin Puzzle #71 challenge, not to us. We do not control these funds. They are held at a public Bitcoin address and become claimable by whoever first signs a valid transaction with the discovered private key.

If a private key is discovered while processing your Chunk, you receive the technical capability to sign a transaction and claim the funds directly from the Bitcoin blockchain. We do not act as an escrow agent or intermediary in respect of these funds. Front-running by other Bitcoin network participants is a known risk; we recommend using private mempools or trusted miner relays when attempting to claim the reward.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or eligibility requirements.
Use bots, scripts, or automation without our prior written consent.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attack our infrastructure.
Use the Service for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other unlawful purpose.
Submit funds derived from criminal activity or sanctioned sources.
Misrepresent your identity or jurisdiction.
Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.

9. Intellectual Property

All Service content — code, design, graphics, text, branding, the Galaxy 71 name, the Star visual representations — is owned by the Operators. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal purposes. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, finding the key within any foreseeable timeframe, or that the Service will meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the total amount you paid us during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Loss of profits, revenue, or data.
Acts or omissions of third parties (Plisio, blockchains, miners, exchanges).
Front-running attacks, blockchain reorganisations, hard forks, or network outages.
User errors (incorrect wallet address, lost seed phrase, mistyped credentials).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operators, their representatives, and partners from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Account at any time without prior notice for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, abuse, or any other reason we deem material. Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases. Unused balance may be forfeited if termination is due to your violation; otherwise, refund of unused balance follows our Refund Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the website and, where reasonable, via email to your registered address. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved by good-faith negotiation via hello@galaxy71.com. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
