Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-04-24

Welcome to Galaxy 71 (the "Service"), available at galaxy71.com. The Service is owned and operated by us (the "Operator," "we"); payments are processed by a third-party provider, Plisio. By using the Service, you (the "User," "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

  • Service — the Galaxy 71 platform: the computational processing of the Bitcoin Puzzle #71 task and its related features (Stars, Craft, Marketplace, Gallery).
  • Map — the public visualization of the task's keyspace. Each cell corresponds to a Chunk.
  • Chunk — an individual segment of the task's keyspace that our GPUs check in a single pass.
  • Click — a unit of service: payment for our GPUs to check one Chunk. The result of a Click is a unique Star.
  • Star — a digital object assigned to you, the result of your computations; at your request it may be issued as an NFT on the TON blockchain (see Section 9).
  • On-chain withdrawal — the issuance of your Star as an NFT on the TON blockchain, at your request from the Personal Cabinet. The operation is irreversible.
  • NFT — a token on the TON blockchain confirming ownership of a Star on-chain.
  • Craft — the combining of several of your Stars into a single Star of a guaranteed, higher rarity. A Craft checks a new Chunk — meaning that a Craft, like an ordinary Click, is a computation and may likewise lead to the discovery of a private key; the only difference is that the rarity of the resulting Star is guaranteed.
  • Marketplace — the built-in venue where Users sell and buy Stars.
  • Gallery — the public showcase of Stars.
  • Personal Cabinet — the authenticated area with your balance, history, and settings.
  • Hunter — our GPU infrastructure that performs the checking of private keys.
  • Plisio — a third-party cryptocurrency payment processor.

2. What Galaxy 71 is

Galaxy 71 is a computation marketplace: we sell our GPUs' working time to check private keys within the open, public Bitcoin Puzzle #71 task. We have divided the entire keyspace of the task into individual segments — Chunks — which we display on the Map at a resolution convenient for selection. You choose a Chunk, pay for it to be checked, and our GPUs run through every private key inside it; the result is your Star on the Map.

Beyond computation, the Service includes Craft (combining your Stars into a single, rarer one), the Marketplace (the sale and purchase of Stars between Users), and the Gallery (the public showcase of Stars).

Nature of the service:

  • You pay for computational work performed — much like renting cloud capacity (AWS, GCP, and the like). The charge is for the GPU work, not for entry into a draw.
  • The Service is not gambling, a lottery, or betting: there is no shared prize pool made up of players' money, no wager against the Operator, and no payout of "winnings." Every paid Click always produces a concrete result — a processed Chunk and a unique Star.
  • The Service is not an investment product; we neither promise nor guarantee any return.

3. Who may use the Service

By using the Service, you confirm that:

  • you have reached the age at which, under the laws of your country, you are entitled to enter into contracts and dispose of your own funds independently, and that you have full legal capacity to do so;
  • you are not located in a country where the use of cryptocurrency services is prohibited, and you use the Service solely for lawful purposes;
  • you have sufficient knowledge and experience to manage cryptocurrency assets on your own and you fully understand the risks involved.

4. Registration and account security

Paid features require you to create an Account with a valid email and a unique nickname. You are responsible for keeping your password and session confidential, as well as for all activity under your Account.

If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at support@galaxy71.com. Our security measures are described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Payment, balance, and fees

Payments are accepted through the third-party cryptocurrency payment processor Plisio (USDT TRC-20, USDT TON, TRX, and other networks per the current list).

  • The price of a single Click (a unit of computation) is set by the Operator and shown in your Personal Cabinet at the time of the order.
  • Network fees (gas, on-chain) are withheld by the blockchain and are non-refundable.
  • Deposits are credited to your balance once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain; after that, the payment can no longer be cancelled (see the Refund Policy).
  • When a Star is sold on the Marketplace, a Service fee is withheld from the transaction amount (the current rate is shown at the time of listing; as a rule, 10%). The listing price is limited to the bounds shown in the interface.
  • An on-chain withdrawal of a Star is subject to a fee covering the actual cost of issuing the NFT on the blockchain (network gas). The exact amount is shown before confirmation and is deducted from your balance. If the issuance fails for a technical reason, the fee is refunded to your balance automatically.

We are not a bank, a wallet, or a payment service; we do not hold your cryptocurrency. All payments are received and processed by a third-party processor (Plisio). The "balance" in your Personal Cabinet is an internal accounting figure for the volume of computation you have paid for: it reflects funds we have already received from the processor for the service and does not mean that your cryptocurrency is held by us.

6. What we do and what we guarantee

When you pay for a Click, we guarantee that:

  • your Chunk will be fully processed by our GPUs — every private key inside it will be checked (processing time depends on the current queue load);
  • for every paid Click you receive a unique Star assigned to you;
  • if the sought private key is found inside your Chunk, it will be sent to your email immediately and automatically in encrypted form — only you will have access to it.

The only thing we cannot promise is that the key will turn out to be in your particular Chunk: its location is set by the mathematics of the task and depends neither on us nor on anyone else. We are responsible for an honest and complete check, not for whether your particular Chunk gets lucky.

The safekeeping of your email, your access to it, and any key you receive is solely your responsibility.

7. If a key is found

The reward of the Bitcoin Puzzle #71 task is funds held at a public Bitcoin address. This address is not ours: we do not own it, do not hold these funds, have no access to them, and bear no responsibility for them. The reward can be claimed by whoever is first to sign a transfer with the correct private key — that is how the task itself is built.

If a key is found in your Chunk, we send it to you by email. From that moment you are the only person who holds it. This private key grants full access to the public address where the reward is stored: with it, you can dispose of these funds and transfer them to your own Bitcoin wallet.

Claiming the reward with a private key is a technically demanding operation that you carry out on your own. If you are unsure how to do everything correctly, we recommend consulting a specialist. We take no part in this transfer, act neither as an intermediary nor as a guarantor, and bear no responsibility for the correct use of the private key or for the outcome of the operation.

8. What is prohibited

To keep the Service fair and safe for everyone, you undertake not to:

  • create multiple accounts in order to circumvent limits or restrictions;
  • use bots, scripts, or automation without our written consent;
  • attempt to hack, copy, or disable our infrastructure;
  • use the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful purpose;
  • deposit funds obtained through crime or connected to sanctioned persons;
  • resell or transfer access to the Service to third parties without our consent.

Breaching these rules may result in the suspension of your Account (see the "Termination" section).

9. Rights to the platform and to your Stars

9.1. The software, design, graphics, texts, brand, and name of Galaxy 71 belong to the Operator. You are granted a limited, revocable, and non-transferable license to use the platform — this concerns only access to the Service and in no way limits your rights to the Stars you have acquired.

9.2. A Star is the result of the computations you have paid for, and once issued it belongs to you. You may keep it, use it in Craft, list it for sale on the Marketplace, and transfer it to other Users.

9.3. On-chain withdrawal of a Star (NFT). At your request, you may issue a Star you own as an NFT on the TON blockchain — to the TON wallet linked to your Account. In doing so:

  • the record of the Star and of your ownership becomes public and permanent: it cannot be altered, forged, or erased — not even by us;
  • the operation is irreversible: a withdrawn Star cannot be returned "into" the Service; in-Service operations (Craft, sale on the Marketplace) become unavailable for it. Any further disposal of the Star takes place on the blockchain;
  • ownership of a withdrawn Star is confirmed by ownership of the token. You are solely responsible for the safekeeping of and access to your wallet; losing access to the wallet means losing access to the NFT, and we cannot restore it;
  • third-party wallets, NFT marketplaces, and explorers (for example, Tonkeeper, Getgems, Tonviewer) do not belong to us: we do not control their operation, fees, rules, data-refresh speed, or "verification" statuses, and we are not responsible for transactions you carry out on such venues;
  • the Star's image/animation and description are hosted on our domain galaxy71.com; we maintain their availability for as long as the Service operates, but the ownership record itself lives on the blockchain independently of us.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and do not promise that the Service will always fully meet your expectations; we strive for stable operation and promptly address any issues.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us over the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, the acts of third parties (Plisio, blockchains, crypto wallets, NFT marketplaces and indexers, miners, exchanges), front-running, network outages and forks, or errors by the User themselves.

12. Indemnification

If the Operator or its partners incur losses or expenses as a result of your breach of these Terms or of the law, you undertake to indemnify them.

13. Termination

We may suspend or close your Account for breach of the Terms, suspected fraud, or abuse. Any unused balance may be withheld if the closure is caused by your breach; in all other cases, a refund is governed by the Refund Policy.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will give notice of material changes on the website and, where necessary, by email. By continuing to use the Service after they take effect, you accept the new version.

15. Dispute resolution

Galaxy 71 is a private agreement for the provision of a computation service. All disputes between you and the Operator are resolved through a pre-litigation claims procedure and are governed by these Terms and the Refund Policy.

To get in touch, write to support@galaxy71.com and provide:

  • the email and nickname of your account;
  • the substance of your request or claim;
  • the payment details, if the matter concerns money (transaction ID, date, amount).

The Operator reviews requests within the time frames set out in the Refund Policy, and the parties make a good-faith effort to settle the matter through correspondence. All possible situations and the procedure for resolving them are set out in these Terms and the Refund Policy; given the nature of the Service (one-off payments of a small size), the parties acknowledge the claims procedure as the primary and sufficient means of dispute resolution.
